A wide range of food for breakfast, it was yummy. The location was incredible, by wildlife including lots of peacocks. Besides, it was right by a safari, Sri Lanka, and a hike.

We have stayed here for 2 nights and had a fantastic experience. We had the family bungalow and it was air-conditioned. The staff was great, nice. The hotel's location was quiet, just next door to other restaurants, the park and nature❤👍

The room was clean, the beds were big. The food was yummy with a great selection of options. This amazing hotel was in remote location nice to relax at the end of the day after going on a safari.

This accommodation had a remote setting close to nature in the middle of the rural area. Loved the place, especially my family bungalow.

Manju, the host, was not only funny and interesting, but he also went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The cottages were spacious, clean, and had excellent air-conditioning. The food served by the chef was delicious, especially the Sri Lankan curry and lump rice. The pool was clean and inviting, and the wildlife in the surrounding area was abundant. Manju even organized a safari for us with an amazing guide who showed us leopards, elephants, crocodiles, and many more animals. our experience at Yala Peace Cottages was truly unforgettable.

The setting was absolutely mind-blowing, surrounded by wildness and peacocks. The cottages were super comfortable with big beds and nice bathrooms. The pool was jaw-dropping, and we even saw peacocks right around our cottage in the morning. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging a fantastic safari tour for us. The food was outstanding, especially the delicious pancakes with coconut and honey for breakfast. We had a truly memorable Sri Lankan welcome and it was such good value for money.

Best service and hospitality in our 3-month trip, Manju is a social and funny host, rooms are big and well-equipped, great food, amazing safari experience with knowledgeable driver, peaceful location away from city center.

I found Yala Peace Cottages to be a peaceful oasis nestled in nature, with a fantastic pool to relax in after a Yala Safari. The owner, Manju, was proactive in contacting us before our arrival and offered options for the safari in Yala. We booked a half-day safari and had an excellent driver in our own jeep. The safari was a great value, and we were lucky enough to spot many elephants and even a leopard. The park scenery was stunning, with an abundance of birds, monkeys, deer, water buffalo. The on-site restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices, and there was always cold beer available. The rooms were spacious, and we had plenty of hot water for showers. Manju even organized transportation to our next destination, Ella, which was also excellent. our stay at Yala Peace Cottages was delightful, and I highly recommend it.
